Challenge
Selling stuff you own should be simple, but it never is. You have to take good photos, write a description, figure out what price is fair, pick the right platform, and then deal with lowball offers. That's easily 15 decisions before you even post anything. Most people give up somewhere around step three.
Approach
I started by watching real people try to list items on existing platforms. The biggest friction wasn't any single step — it was the sheer number of decisions stacked together.
So I designed around one idea: the app should do the deciding for you, unless you want to step in. You take a photo. It identifies the item, pulls market data, picks the best platform, and generates the full listing. Every default is editable, but none of them need to be.

Flashprice compresses the entire selling process into a single starting action. Instead of asking users to make 15 decisions, it makes those decisions on their behalf using real market data — and shows its work so users actually trust the output.
